God says, "Yes" and gives you what you want. God says, "No" and gives you something better. God says, "Wait", and gives you the best. So, many times in life, when we think that God is either denying or delaying what we seek, it is because something better or best is being planned! This has been my discovery as I look back at my life in retrospect. I came to know of Sathya Sai Baba only in 1990 though my father knew him since 1963. I got admission into the Sathya Sai School at Puttaparthi only in 1998 though I tried to get in every year from 1994. And I had a desire to actually put my hand into His fluffy and fragrant hair... In retrospect, I wish that Swami had told me "No" or "Wait" a few more times too! So, when life seems unfair and no one seems to care, when dark clouds fill your skies hiding sunshine from your eyes, when things are getting rough and you feel enoughs enough, HOLD ON! The Lord is at work... This is a Satsang delivered virtually to a gathering of 50+ alumni of the Sathya Sai University and their families in Germany during the SEAM meet in May 2024.
