Place the butter in a microwave-safe sandwich-sized container (12cm x 12cm) and heat until melted (20 seconds). 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork until combined. 3. Microwave the batter on high for 60 to 90 seconds (until a toothpick inserted comes out clean). 4. Let the bread cool before cutting it in half and filling it. 5.
