It's sort of crazy. The Luwak eats the coffee and poops it out, cleaned up and roasted the beans are turned into the local kopi. Surprisingly the poop coffee is actually delicious! It's known as being the most expensive coffee in the world, and was definitely the most expensive cup we had at 100k IDR / $7 USD! Especially from a cat.
