Refreshing the FrankenMower engine

It's spring time, so you know what that means.... FIXING ALL THE THINGS ON MY MOWER I NEGLECTED LAST YEAR! This thing in an absolute tank. Hacked together from different broken machines to get one running one....and even a part of a car was used! Can you guess where? But, it is tired.
