This is a collection of incomplete cartoons I started for the Dr. Wily Show. They were all abandoned for different reasons, changes in interest, changes in schedule or changes in mood depending on the time. I decided to share these with all of you because it's fun to look back on these things despite how crude they were made (They were all made using a mouse, Almost nobody had a tablet at the time) So I hope you like these cartoon/gags that never became.
