Wheel of Misfortune | StarCraft 2 Co-op Brutal Mutation | Abathur & Alarak

This week’s StarCraft II Co-op mutation is Wheel of Misfortune on Miner Evacuation, which means the mission is already on fire before Chaos Studios starts spinning the slot machine of pain. Abathur and Alarak enter the evacuation zone as the least emotionally compatible rescue team imaginable: one wants perfect biological efficiency, the other wants everyone nearby to kneel harder. With random mutators constantly changing the rules, every shuttle defense becomes a fresh workplace hazard — missiles, lasers, explosions, invisible nonsense, or whatever other garbage Amon found in the “absolutely not OSHA-approved” drawer. Abathur keeps the infestation under control with toxic nests, biomass, and deeply questionable evolution, while Alarak solves civilian evacuation the Tal’darim way: by turning the battlefield into a red psionic HR complaint. Abathur, at one point, says, “Variables unstable. Allies arrogant. Acceptable. Evolution thrives under idiocy.” Expect clutch holds, sudden panic, and at least one moment where the game clearly decides that rescuing miners was almost too reasonable a goal.
