Chi Square, Fishers Exact,T test, ANOVA, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression Statistics, Biostats

In this video, I talk about the importance and relevance of statistical testing in the start and why we use it. Then I go to explain what is independent and dependent variable. I make a chart for the tests that are used for the different types of variables in statistical testing. Both are put on the different sides of the table. I start with explaining simple tests like Chi-square, fishers exact test. I also explain logistic regression and how it has a qualitative outcome with multiple variables as input. I, then move on to explain how T-test and ANOVA, & Linear regression have a quantitative outcome. I explain the difference between a paired and unpaired T-test. I also explain the applications of ANOVA vs T test. I also explain linear regression and its differences with logistic regression. I summarize the whole video towards the end for the students to put the whole concept together.
