ENGLISH MUFFIN MAGIC || SIX EASY Recipes You'll LOVE || Cooking For ONE

Come along with me today as I cook for one, just me! I keep my meals pretty simple, especially when cooking for one. You're important enough to cook delicious food for yourself, just like you do for others! BREAKFAST SANDWICH INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, 1 egg, breakfast meat of your choice, 1 slice cheese, butter, salt & pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the breakfast meat. Open the english muffin and spread butter on each side. Place in a pan and put in the oven on 400 degrees till toasted to your likeness. In a pan, scramble your egg till done. Salt & pepper egg to taste. Once the english muffin is toasted, take it out of the oven and build your sandwich. Layer the breakfast meat on the bottom half of the english muffin. Then layer the scrambled egg on top of the meat. Next add the cheese to the top of the egg. Place back in the oven till the cheese has melted. Place the top of the english muffin on and Enjoy! MINI PIZZAS INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, pizza sauce, pizza toppings of your choice, shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: Place an opened english muffin on a cookie sheet. Put a layer of pizza sauce on the muffin. Next season to taste with seasonings (optional). Place a layer of Mozzarella cheese on the sauce. Add your favorite pizza toppings on and sprinkle a little more shredded cheese if you desire. Place in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are crispy. ENJOY!!! HIGH PROTEIN SNACK INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, cottage cheese, strawberries (or fruit of choice), honey INSTRUCTIONS: Open one english muffin. Toast till it's to your desired doneness. Spoon cottage cheese on both sides of english muffin. Drizzle honey over cottage cheese. Slice strawberries (or other desired fruit) and place on top of cottage cheese. Drizzle honey over the strawberries. ENJOY!!! SPINACH FETA SCRAMBLE INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, butter, handful of spinach, 1 egg, crumbled feta cheese, milk (optional), salt & pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Open one english muffin and butter both sides. Place in the oven to toast up. While your english muffin is toasting take a small skillet and place on the stove. Turn on medium heat. Place a pat of butter in the skillet to melt down. Once butter is melted add in a handful of spinach. Saute the spinach. Crack one egg in a bowl and add a splash of milk (if using), salt & pepper to taste. Whisk egg then add into the skillet with the spinach. Cook the egg till done, adding in feta cheese at the end. Mix feta together with the scrambled egg & spinach. Place the egg mixture on top of each half of the toasted english muffin, and ENJOY!!! ENGLISH MUFFIN FRENCH TOAST INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, 1 egg, milk, cinnamon & brown sugar (to taste), butter INSTRUCTIONS: Open one english muffin and set aside. Crack one egg into a bowl and add in some milk. Add cinnamon & brown sugar to taste. Whisk all together. Place a skillet on the stovetop on medium heat. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and melt down. Dip each half of the english muffin into the egg mixture until coated well. Add to the skillet once butter is melted and pan is heated. Cook till golden brown on the first side, then flip it over and cook the other side till it is also golden brown. Remove from skillet. Top with syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. ENJOY!!! SMOKED SALMON AND CREAM CHEESE MUFFIN INGREDIENTS: 1 english muffin, 2 oz. cream cheese, 2 oz. cold smoked salmon, fresh dill or chives for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: Toast the english muffin until golden brown. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half of the toasted muffin. Layer the cold smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Garnish with fresh dill or chives. ENJOY!!!
