The best instax square camera for 2023

MiNT camera just dropped a new Instax square camera in their line up, and Ian just bought one from the good folks at ‪@8storeytree‬. The TL70 plus is a new model that builds upon the TL70 Instax Mini TLR camera which they have released a few years back. It has updated lenses, focusing and exposure features. We feel that it is the best Instax square camera out there at this point in time, watch on to find out why! In this video, we will briefly explore the camera and its features, and do a short photo walk to test out its exposure and sharpness. Being a newbie to instant film photography myself, I let the camera decide the exposure for me on auto shutter mode. My closing thoughts are that this camera is aimed at the photography enthusiast and not your casual beginner, as it is very much a manual camera at heart, and some understanding of photography and how to use cameras should be present before picking this up. However, if you have a keen interest for photography, and want something tangible to hold in your hand after taking the photo, this is definitely for you.
