Spider-Man was created by Marvel, but the movie rights belong to Sony, which always has the final say on what happens with the character in the movies. That caused a lot of problems with Marvel Studios, and on top of that, Sony made a Spider-Man universe… without Spider-Man. But what if Marvel got the rights to Spider-Man back and could use him however they wanted? Would they treat him better than Sony? What stories could they adapt?
