Atider maíz alto rendimiento.- vitrina de 13 variedades nuevas para el valle de Mexicali BC jun 2021

We thank the Government of the State of Baja California for the opportunity they gave us to bring our high-yield corn technology to the Mexicali Valley in Baja California and demonstrate that corn will be a viable and profitable option with a large market to satisfy. Corn is a new crop in the Mexicali Valley, and currently only one variety of yellow corn is planted, which represents a significant risk for farmers. Furthermore, the market needs more white and yellow varieties. For this reason, we undertook the task of establishing a showcase of 13 varieties in the Mérida ejido of the Mexicali Valley. The experiment is very promising; 5 varieties show great potential. We extend our sincere appreciation to the cooperating farmer, Engineer Raúl García, who has extensive experience and a positive attitude, and who is implementing all the management practices suggested by Atider. We will conduct demonstrations in the field and, of course, a harvest demonstration and publication of the results. Atider making history.
