They’re Trying to Sell This House… But LOOK at the LAWN!

In today’s video I will be mowing an overgrown lawn that is for sale. When I first saw this property, the grass was tall but there was a for sale sign out front, so I decided to stop and knock on the front door. I got the chance to speak to a man named Angel who said his daughter was the owner of the property and she was trying to sell the house. He said that the neighbor has always mowed her lawn, but his lawnmower broke down a few months ago and now the lawn looks terrible. I offered to get the property back into shape for free and they accepted. I forgot to measure the gate before I accepted the job (to see if my mower would fit into the backyard), and sure enough it was too small. This meant I would be weed eating the entire backyard! This took much longer than mowing and was way harder, but the property looked much better when I was done. Now it looks like a property that is up for sale!
