Organic Practical Setup 10. Steam distillation.

In this video, I look at the setup for Steam Distillation and explain its use in purifying liquids by distilling them well below their boiling points. This is useful because some liquids (e.g. phenylamine) begin to decompose when heated to their boiling points.
