Zanshin: la técnica japonesa para tener enfoque y atención | ¡Hola! Seiiti Arata 243

Focus: https://arata.se/cursoenfoque Have you seen those martial arts movies where the master is so alert yet so relaxed that he's able to defeat several enemies at once? That mental state, where you're totally focused on the task at hand, is called Zanshin (残心) in Japan. If we translate it directly, Zanshin means something like "mind without residue." 残 (zan) means "what is left over"... and 心 (shin) means mind—that is, the mind focused one hundred percent on the task, without the remnants of other thoughts cluttering our attention. But, beyond that literal translation, Zanshin has a deeper meaning. Zanshin can be understood as the choice to live your life intentionally, acting with purpose, instead of being swept along like a victim of circumstances and other people's desires.
