Hundreds of millions in taxpayer money unable to be traced by govt watchdogs

It’s money that’s meant for local communities around the United States: federal grants used to support schools, healthcare for children, veterans and the elderly, clean drinking water and so many other needs. And a large chunk of it appears to be untraceable, according to a new report, "Tracking Taxpayer Dollars: Fixing a Flawed System for Federal Spending Data."
