Today we are talking about instalment contracts, What are they? And How do you use them safely to grow your property portfolio? I have used them myself and I will be giving you some real-life examples of them throughout this video. Generally, people come across lease options before they come to instalment contracts, that's what happened to me. I had a few lease options under my belt before doing my first Instalment contract. I prefer Instalment Contracts and if I could do it all over again, I probably wouldn't have done any lease options.
