Links to products and equipment we use https://www.linktree.com/ziangs Ingredients: Pork 350-400g g sliced pork (neck or shoulder steaks) 1/4 tsp bicarb 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 tsp MSG 1/4 tsp white pepper 3 tsp light soy sauce 1/2 tsp pure sesame oil Finishing 1 egg 1/2 de cored and sliced cucumber 2-3 chopped spring onions 1 handful sliced bamboo shoots 2 handful of could fungus (or wood ear mushroom) 2 tbsp Chinese Shaoxing rice wine 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp light soya 1/4 tsp salt (pinch for the egg) 1/3 tsp MSG (pinch for the egg) 40g lard
