New Manila International Airport: JICA's Information Collection Survey
From January 2015 to May 2016, JICA conducted a survey to consider the advantages and disadvantages of various potential project sites for the New Manila International Airport. As the result, Sangley Point Option 1 was considered to be the most feasible and Western Portion of Laguna de Bay was considered to be feasible but subject to confirmation of cost estimate.
