Affordable housing is an issue that concerns many citizens during this municipal election campaign in Quebec. However, solutions exist, and they are not always complicated, as we can see in Rimouski. In two years, the Bas-St-Laurent city has gone from having one of the worst vacancy rates in the province to being the city with the highest number of housing units being built per capita.
