I Took My Girlfriend Offshore Fishing for the First Time (Catch and Cook)

I took my girlfriend offshore fishing for the first time — and we went 40 miles out of Louisiana into the Gulf! We were targeting red snapper using PENN Fishing reels and rods, navigating shark-infested waters, and working around summer storms that had us adjusting our game plan on the fly. From big hook-ups to dodging predators and shifting weather, this trip brought all kinds of challenges — but we made it happen.
