In this journaling process video, I’m documenting my slow walks and mini adventures from January 2025—one of the new hobbies I’m embracing. One of my goals for 2025 was to be more physically active in a gentle, pressure-free way. Instead of running or chasing fitness milestones, I chose slow walking, exploring nearby places, and enjoying everyday moments around the city. In this video, I journal my experiences from: -Ayala Car-Free Sunday -MOA Seaside morning walks -Parqal Mall and Ayala Malls Manila Bay I’ll also share my creative journaling and scrapbooking process, including how I arrange photos, choose colors, use stencils and lettering, and embrace imperfections while memory keeping in my Traveler’s Notebook.
