Our fourth stop on our Australian road trip took us to South Australia. This leg of the trip was quite special because we celebrated the Lunar New Year in Adelaide. From the iconic landmark of Lobster Town, through the pink lake in Cooron National Park, to a hearty pork knuckle dinner in German Village, we spent a fulfilling Lunar New Year's Eve in the Southern Hemisphere summer. We were incredibly lucky, even encountering a herd of kangaroos while hiking.
