⏰ The workday in Colombia is being reduced, but not all workers will see this change. The final stage of Law 2101 of 2021, which establishes a maximum 42-hour workweek without reduction in salary or social benefits, comes into effect on July 15. This measure does not apply to certain cases, such as management, supervisory, and confidential employees; certain security sector employees with special shifts; people with hazardous or unhealthy jobs; and those working on a contract basis, as they do not have a defined work schedule. 📌 In this video, we explain who will have their work hours reduced and who will continue under their current conditions. #LaborReform #Work #Colombia
