Weight isn't everything
In this episode I talk about my journey with weight change over the years, and more specifically what I learnt the past year having gone from 76 kg (167 lbs) to 85 kg (187 lbs)and climbing harder than ever before. This is a personal testament that for some of us it's important to let go of the idea that losing weight will make us climb harder, and instead focus on how to fuel our bodies in order to train harder.
