SEATED UPPER BODY: 40 Minute Chair Workout For Upper Body & Abs. Senior Strength Workout Low Impact

Ready to end the week with a great chair workout? This is a great 30 minute at home upper body workout. We are building strength in the upper body while working to tone the arms.This arm toning workout will include a pair of dumbbells and our chair. We will be seated for all our exercises. Recruiting the core and abs to keep us in good form ensuring the low back stays safe and protected. We will use exercises to target the biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and hand / wrist muscles. Ending with some seated ab exercises to target the deep core muscles. We will be working the entire way through this arm workout with limited breaks for toning and arm fat burning.
