We spent three nights out among the wild magical worlds of Tuscany. Train from Rome to Florence, then drove south out into Tuscany staying at an elegant fourteenth-century village. Il Borgo Scopeto is a hilltop gem, an unforgettable stone nest overflowing with wine, orchards, peace, and luxury, all overlooking Siena glistening like a medieval jewel six miles away! In the midst of these three days of Tuscan sun, rain, and peace we took a day trip to Siena ((WOW)) touring Piazza del Campo, the surrounding side streets, and the Duomo di Siena, quit possibly the most exquisite cathedral I've experienced yet, save Notre-Dame de Paris.
