One Step Closer to Riding the Bonneville

The swing arm is finally back in on the Triumph Bonneville… but it definitely didn’t go as planned. In this one I replace the seals, grease everything up properly, and get the swing arm refitted and torqued up. Also gave ACF-50 a go for the first time to protect the area behind the engine before it all went back together. There were a couple of moments along the way that nearly caught me out, but managed to work through it and get a solid result in the end. Still plenty left to do on this rebuild, but this feels like one of the bigger steps done. Appreciate everyone following along with the project 👍 Like & subscribe if you want to see the rest of the build come together. _________________ Items used: ACF50 - https://amzn.to/4bmMC40 Continuous Sprayer - https://amzn.to/3PDkZLv Bearing Grease - https://amzn.to/4lG21zQ Nitrile Gloves - https://amzn.to/4sCBjdP WD40 - https://amzn.to/3PGUEMB Torque Wrench - https://amzn.to/3NJAtgl 1/4 inch Drive Socket Set - https://amzn.to/4l0YETL 1/2 inch Drive Socket Set - https://amzn.to/40HTQsZ Breaker Bar - https://amzn.to/3N40MxE Inspection lamp - https://amzn.to/4sfTg1k Thor Hammer - https://amzn.to/4uNrNX5 Always check the manufacturers guidance for correct motorcycle torque specifications.
