Mercury Outboard Trigger Testing: Ignition Issues?
Quick vid on a bench trigger test performed on several distributors. Test will work on all Inline 6's 1970-1978 and other Inlines (3 & 4 cyl) without the energizer ignition systems. Make sure everything is grounded before powering up the switch. Distributor/Trigger used in this video will be featured on a 1972 Silver Block 1150 i'm putting together. Its just about complete (I hope). Any questions put them in the comments. As always, Thanks for Watching!!!
