This Melody Arrived in a Dream… | Original Guitar Jam

Sometimes a piece of music arrives before you really understand what it wants to become. This one seemed to appear almost fully formed earlier this week, which is why I’m thinking of calling it Born in a Dream. It’s still very much a work in progress. I’m not sure whether it’ll eventually have lyrics or whether it’ll grow into a more intricate instrumental guitar piece. For now, I’m just enjoying following wherever it wants to lead. So here’s the very first version. I’d love to know what you hear. Does it feel like a song waiting for words, or should I let the guitar do all the talking? Have a great weekend.
