The secret to this recipe lies in the very special tips I learned from Süheyla Erdoğan, the precious mother of dear Yılmaz Erdoğan. ✨ I've been making it this way for years, and every time the result is simply: Perfect! With eggplants that fall apart the moment you touch them with a fork, a juicy filling, and that perfect sourness, this stuffed eggplant will be the star of your table. 🌶️ Spicy, Sour, and Perfectly Textured! Ingredients: • 16 dried eggplants • 16 dried red peppers • 600 gr minced meat • 2 onions • 3-4 cloves of garlic • 1 large grated tomato • 1 tablespoon red pepper paste • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 teacup of rice (125 ml) • A pinch of parsley • Spices: Salt, black pepper, sumac, red pepper flakes, (1 teaspoon each) cumin, but I forgot to mention it here.
