This is how much work it takes to service your eMTB
Ever wondered why an electric mountain bike service is so expensive? In this video we take you through a full strip down of a Trek Rail eMTB with a Bosch Motor and RockShox Suspension. We remove every part to clean it, lubricate it and inspect it. We then reassemble checking all the frame components and ensuring everything has fresh lubrication and the correct bolt torques. This service is a full day of work, about 7 hours. The cost is a guaranteed labour rate. So even if your service takes us longer than this because of ceased bolts or tricky to remove bearings, we will not charge any more labour. If pivot bearings needed doing we would do this as part of this service package. @boschebikesystems @RockShoxSuspension
