The Millicent Martin Show ATV Series 3 1966 With Dudley Foster F233
Millicent Martin rose to fame on the BBC satire programme "That Was the Week That Was" in the early 1960s, perhaps most famously singing the title song. She was then offered her own television show on ATV, for seasons 1964, 65, 66. The first two seasons entitled "Mainly Millicent", and here we have some scenes from an episode from the last season which was known just as "with Millicent". Dudley Foster guests this week, and the format very much reminds me of the Ullman show in the 1980s, comic songs, scenes, and monologues from a very talented comedien. In more recent years Millicent Martin played Daphne's mum in Frasier.
