This is a series of pre-delivery maintenance videos for my beloved 1997 Harley-Davidson Sportster (XLH883), which I've reunited with after six years. This time, I'm attempting a front fork overhaul (OH) to resolve a "feeling of something off" I noticed while riding. As I proceeded with the work, I was shocked to find the fork oil had turned into a "milk tea" (emulsified) state! Furthermore, I encountered a series of problems typical of older bikes, such as rust on the inner tubes and seized bolts. Despite almost giving up after an unexpected 50,000 yen expense, I'll show you the detailed process of assembling the bike with polished outer tubes and new parts.
