Orlando Cani, a yoga master and physical education teacher, and Kyra Gracie, 8-time world champion, discussed how meditation and breathing can help improve high performance. Orlando Cani has his own academy, which he founded in 1971, and developed the Biogymnastics method. He was also one of the founders of the Brazilian Association of Yoga Professionals. Orlando gained visibility in the training and development of high-performance athletes who became world and Olympic champions representing Brazil. At 83 years old, with great health and experience, Orlando Cani is the author of the book Biogymnastics & Yoga, and still teaches courses and lectures and dedicates himself to teacher training.
