Kenyan Kuku Paka (Delicious Chicken Dish with Sauce)

This week we continue our Culinary tour of African cuisine with a wonderful dish from Kenya, Kenyan Kuku Paka. We started in Northern Africa with Morrocco, went down the West Coast toward Nigeria, to South Africa, and now over to the Eastside in Kenya.
