Last time on The Wall: A Brick By Brick Retrospective, Waters found himself in a place of isolation and trauma, one that he would try and communicate through a new project entitled The Wall. Turns out, that project would be wildly successful and influential, spanning various genres and creating some of Pink Floyd's most iconic moments. However he envisioned something more, an album, tour and movie combo, and he was dead set on making it happen. First on the list was the tour itself, one so massive that not only could it not travel, but it also lost money. Tensions and the costs grow and grow, placing more and more bricks in the concept's history.
