Vincent Bolloré, the most powerful man in French-speaking Africa, has pleaded guilty to corruption. Before the judge, he admitted to using the political consulting activities of the Havas subsidiary to secure the management of the ports of Lomé in Togo and Conakry in Guinea for the benefit of another subsidiary, Bollore Logistics.
