During today's workout, I am doing Running Crosses for 20 sec followed by 20-sec rest. If you are not able to do Running Crosse's regress to an exercise that you can do the entire duration. You can also replace some rounds with Running Place if you are new to this type of training and cannot jump rope for 20 sec.
