Karaté - cours 6 : kata de base (Taikyoku shodan, nidan, sandan et Heian sodan)

Taikyoku Shodan, Taikyoku Nidan, Taikyoku Sandan, and Heian Sodan. In karate-do, kata is a choreographed combat sequence performed alone. With the Taikyoku Shodan kata, we review previously learned techniques. The kata is more than just a fight; it's an imaginary opponent. The Heian Sodan is more complex than the Taikyoku series. The basic structure of these kata remains the same. Bunkai is the application of the kata against a partner.
