Stir 2-3 times during the process. 4) Blend until smooth using a hand blender. ◆Sautéed Chicken Breast with Onion Koji [Ingredients] Serves 2-3 Chicken breast: 1 piece (300g) Onion koji (10% salt concentration): 30g Onion koji (5% salt concentration): 60g Rice flour (or wheat flour): appropriate amount Olive oil: 1 tablespoon 1) Slice the chicken breast thinly, coat with onion koji, and let sit for about 30 minutes. 2) Lightly coat with rice flour or wheat flour. 3) Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook both sides over medium-low heat. *For 10% salt concentration onion koji, use about 10% of the meat's weight; for 5% salt concentration, use about 20%. ◆Onion Koji Dressing [Ingredients] (Easy to make quantity) Onion Koji: 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon Vinegar: 2 teaspoons Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons 1) Put all ingredients in a container with a lid and shake well. *Sesame oil can be used instead of olive oil for a delicious result. ◆Onion Koji Dip Sauce Mix onion koji and yogurt in a 1:1 ratio.
