Game Description: Tricky Castle Tricky Castle is a clever, trap-filled puzzle-platformer that turns classic fantasy tropes on their head. You play as a brave, noble knight embarking on a perilous adventure to rescue the Queen—the love of his life—who has been captured by a cunning, malicious Villain. The Villain has locked her away at the highest point of his fortress, but he isn't just relying on brute force to keep you out. Instead, he has rigged the entire castle with mind-bending illusions, misdirections, and literal "tricks." To save his love, our protagonist must rely on his wits just as much as his reflexes, figuring out when the game is lying to him and solving puzzles that frequently break the fourth wall. ► Main Campaign: The 100 Levels The core journey spans 100 progressively difficult levels, divided into distinct castle zones. Each room is a self-contained puzzle where the obvious solution is almost always a trap. Beyond the standard 100 floors, the castle holds massive, self-contained expansions that test different mechanics. ► The Witch Tower This mystical, vertical labyrinth introduces magic-based puzzles. Controlled by the Villain’s wicked ally, the Witch Tower shifts its layout constantly. Mechanics: Features potions that change your size or invert your controls, magical barriers that require specific color-coded keys, and illusions where platforms only exist if you aren't looking directly at them. ► The Cave Deep beneath the castle foundations lies the damp, treacherous Cave network. ‣ Mechanics: This zone focuses heavily on environmental hazards and physics puzzles. You will deal with rolling boulders, rising water levels, crumbling platforms, and total-darkness sections where you can only see a small radius around the knight. It trades some of the fourth-wall-breaking humor for strict, atmospheric puzzle-survival. ► Stars , Puzzle Pieces & Secret Levels Throughout the game, there are a total of 15 hidden stars that unlock 15 secret levels, and 12 puzzle pieces that will help us unlock the locked cave area!
