In the town of Sucksville, where no one lives except people who come to milk cows all day, it's one of those days where nothing goes right. The bakers burn the bread and the delivery guy steals it, the milkman drops the milk, the mail office destroyed all the letters, the mayor (who was elected by himself) does l*nes in his office. However, one boy named Richard has decided to make the most of his day by paying a decoy to go to school for him so he can sleep in, eat food off the sidewalk, and play in the city dump, as you do.
