I worked at a business that focused on welfare for the disabled, and encountered many people in trouble because there were few facilities for disabled people. ▶Age 29: Wanting to solve this problem, in 2012 I rented an old house in Kusatsu, Nishi Ward and started a day care service called "Funny". ▶Age 32: As the number of people using the service increased, the old house became too small, so I built a new building in Itsukaichi, Saeki Ward and moved there. ▶Age 34: In 2017, I was able to open my long-awaited residential service, "Group Home Hitoiki Toshimatsu", in Toshimatsu, Saeki Ward. ▶Since then, I have continued to work in daily life care and group care. We have developed a loop home facility and currently operate three nursing care facilities, three group homes, and two short stay facilities (attached to group homes) in Saeki Ward, Hiroshima City. ▶Our management philosophy is to "create a society where people with disabilities say thank you," and we work hard every day with our staff to serve our users. ▼Request I want to know more about this content!
