Giant scale rc planes are our passion at www.RCTWINS.com and we enjoy passing anything we learn along the way. the rivet wheel was created by modifying a fiber glassing tool from www.fiberglast.com, the aluminum tape is from Home Depot. we use 4oz fiberglass on the wing and the do 2 coats of epoxy after that to make it smooth. There is no need to have the surface be perfect, the real plane had ripples in the skin and plenty of dents. the paint that we used was Rustoleum Camo.
