In today's video, I want to show you A DELICIOUS, EASY, AND HEALTHY WAY to prepare delicious breaded tilapia or mojarra fillets at home using the air fryer, with a touch of spice that will make you want to eat them no other way. This recipe allows you to fry the fish fillet without using a single drop of fat. I also include a recipe for a DELICIOUS CILANTRO MAYONNAISE, which is perfect to accompany this fish. This fish is world-renowned for its pleasant texture and flavor, and it's usually not expensive. THE INGREDIENTS USED FOR TWO SERVINGS ARE: 2 Tilapia Fillets (or any white fish you like) 5 Saltine Crackers Tajin 1 Tsp ground cumin 1 Tbsp paprika 1 Pinch of red pepper 1/2 Cup flour (you can use any flour you like) 1 Tbsp dried cilantro 1 Egg 1 Splash of milk 1 Bunch of fresh cilantro 1/2 Cup mayonnaise Juice of one lemon Salt to taste Pepper to taste If you want to make the mayonnaise from scratch, put the cilantro, one raw egg, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in the blender... which you will add little by little until the mixture is emulsified.
