We're approaching the end of the school year. With it come the theater, dance, yoga, and film classes. And now come the recitals, the final tests, the final exams, like the final exam. If there's one thing that makes us uncomfortable, it's performance anxiety. Even though we've studied, worked hard, sweated, and toiled to achieve our goals, inch by inch, we risk not being able to enjoy the final moment, our stage, because of this damned anxiety. What is anxiety? Why does it haunt us? And can a rabid group of warmongering avant-gardists like the Futurists help us fight it or silence it once and for all?
