But what does “good leadership and culture” actually look like from different viewpoints? This panel session brings together real voices from across the care sector – including care experts, registered managers and frontline care workers – to explore what supportive leadership means in practice. Through an honest and practical conversation, the panel will look at what helps create care environments where people feel listened to, supported and able to do their best work. By sharing different perspectives from across the sector, this session will explore how strong leadership and culture can work better for everyone – from those delivering care to those leading and supporting care teams.
