Minecraft SMPs Are Lacking Server Design

#minecraft #minecraftserver #servertheory #mst #smp #server_minecraft #serverdesign "Minecraft Servers are not fun anymore.” This is a sentiment shared by many people, usually saying things such as servers are becoming generic, creators are ruining them, servers are moving too far from Vanilla Minecraft, etc. Now, of course there are many others who don’t think this, but it’s still a common belief that has only grown in recent years. As for myself, I believe that a lot of fun servers do indeed exist, however I can’t help but agree that a lot of other servers, particularly SMPs, have become a lot less enjoyable. That being said, I don't necessarily agree with all the more common arguments or solutions, in fact I believe that many are missing something fundamental that the neglect of which is actually hurting Minecraft SMPs.
