The second part of chapter three from Norman Crowhurst's book on feedback and attenuation in tube amplifiers, in my version. There's a minor error in Figure 316. The driver grid of the top tube should be connected to the signal, as it is, but the connection to the B+ voltage on the right should be for the second grid. I apologize for this error; I only noticed it three weeks after the film aired.
