Mid-May ride on the Military Ridge Trail between Verona and Madison, WI
It’s been a while since I last published a ride. I had a hip replaced 8 weeks ago and had to wait for the doctor to clear me for riding outside. This ride is from the Ice Age Trail near McKee Road in Verona to the Dunn’s Marsh roundabout in Madison. The roundabout is the intersection of 4 great bike trails…Cannonball, SW Commuter, Badger State and CapCity. The video runs just shy of 24 minutes and covers 6 miles of riding. I have upgraded my camera to an Insta360 Ace Pro 2 and was able to record in 4K. Hopefully the video looks good on YouTube. I am also trying out Davinci Resolve for video editing. I am still editing on a Mac Mini and using GarageBand and Keynote as part of the editing. The background music is “Odonis Odonis” by Mist.
